Sales Representative for Czech and Slovakian market
Job description
DJK Europe is looking for a motivated Sales Representative for industrial machinery and equipment for the technical market. The task is to acquire new clients in the assigned region to present products, prepare offers, communicate with suppliers, discuss technical details and negotiate with customers and suppliers.
We expect a high level of commitment, communication skills, independence, flexibility, willingness to travel, learn new things and new products and high-technology. Experience focused on machines (testing equipment, climatic chambers, cutting, IMM, general automation equipment) is a great advantage.
Your responsibilities
• Sales of technical products for mainly automotive industry
• Implementing marketing and sales strategy in the region, address and searching for new clients who could benefit from our products
• Frequent travelling to visit existing and potential customers in Czech Republic and Slovakia, sometimes around Europe
• Preparing technical presentations and demonstrating at customers’ place how a product will meet client needs
• Establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with customers
• Negotiating tender and contract terms with customers and suppliers
• Preparing Sales documents (quotation), PO, schedules and cash flow
• Preparing Sales strategy
• Periodical reports to management of the company
• Market research to find new suppliers/products for the European market
Your profile
• High school or University diploma (1 stage – Bachelor degree) – technical or economical background preferred
• Ideally 5 years’ experience of sales of technical products in the automotive industry, electronic industry is also welcome
• Self-driven, Open-minded, outgoing and flexible personality
• Willingness to travel
• Languages: Czech (native), English (very good – daily use), Japanese is not required but an advantage
• Strong PC skills: MS Excel + Powerpoint (very good), CAD systems + Adobe (basic)
• Driving license, category B
