• Machine Overview: Machine to pile up positive electrode or negative electrode of lithium-ion batteries and separator in sequence with high accuracy and high speed.
• Complied matters: The separator is layered with electrode after cutting to a single wafer (sheet shaped) from roll. Lamination is layered at high speed with 1.5 to 2.0 seconds per set (negative electrode, electrode, 2 separators, Total 4 pieces). We have a demonstration machine for the electrode size of 100 × 200. We accept tours for inspections and testing.
