The DsF EleCast series is a fully electrified servo die-casting machine that enables “Smart Die-Casting” with high precision, efficiency, and energy savings.

The Ds‑EX2 is a fully electric servo die-casting machine that combines smart casting technology with high cycle performance, precision, and energy efficiency.

- THRV System (TOYO High Response Valve): Improves acceleration, shortens fill time, and reduces defects such as flow lines or porosity.
- Electric Pressure Intensification: Servo motor replaces traditional hydraulics, enabling precise multi-stage pressure control for improved casting quality, especially for complex or variable wall thickness parts.
- Electric Mold & Ejector Unit: High precision in mold closing/opening, faster cycles, and parallel movements possible.
- Load Monitoring: Servo motor detects excessive resistance during ejection to prevent mold damage.

The BD‑V7EX Series is a high-performance hydraulic die-casting machine from TOYO, capable of achieving extremely high acceleration of up to 100 G.
Features
- THRV System (TOYO High Response Valve): Improves acceleration, shortens fill time, and reduces defects such as cold folds or porosity.
- New control system “SYSTEM700EX”: Modern interface with high visibility, easy maintenance, detailed alarm and data logging, and CSV export of logs.
- Injection settings: Switchable between Meter-IN and Meter-OUT depending on casting requirements (e.g., high-pressure parts vs. thin-walled castings).
- Nut-Split-Tie-Bar System (optional): Significantly reduces setup time compared to traditional screw systems.
